Welcome to Nick’s training programme – we are excited to work with you as you move through the chapters of this course.

 

If you have any questions please chat to us in the discussion board for each chapter. We’d also love to hear about your successes – this is a great way for others to learn too!

 

Please also note: 

On the introduction page of each chapter you will find that chapter’s exercise plan as a PDF for you to print out and use to guide your daily routine. We suggest you print the exercises for each chapter and once the course is complete you can use these to vary your daily exercise routine.

 

You will need the following props for this course:

– yoga mat

– rough bristle brush

– 2 yoga blocks
– skipping rope
– a balance board
